Ok...Some people or just really, asked me how I make Word Balloons. So here is my first ever Photoshop Tutorial...I was glad to make this. I've learn more on Deviantart than I did in college. So if this helps anyone...Cool.
I do similar, just less effort. lol
I use the circle selection, then add a tail. Colour white. New Layer, Go back to the circle selection tool, then right click and go stroke. Flip layers around depending on how you want the line to look, but all done.
Or, even more lazy, use the speech bubble shape, then go transform and distort it to the text.
I dunno how to create the perfect curve on the tail yet though.
This is really useful, well done! I always try and teach children not to draw raindrop shaped bubbles going RIGHT into the character's mouth with all the words carmmed into it afterwards!

lol i do easier, i make my toons and export to corel and they have already made ballons and this stuff so is easier hahahaha or i made the toon on corel simple....
but this is usefull i didnt knew how to do this at ps
